Inticino's signature yoga practice for the first time at Lugano's Lido Riva Caccia! An alternative yoga session in a natural and relaxing setting, where the waves of the lake will accompany the rhythm of the breath.

 

Practicing yoga on the shore can have extremely positive effects on the nervous system. The sounds of the lake, the soothing breeze, and the peaceful chirping of birds will help you relax and deepen your understanding of your body.

 

The Yoga at the Lido session will allow you to immerse yourself in a new dimension, right in the center of town but pampered by a holiday atmosphere. Once the practice is over you will have full access to the beach center until closing time.


The practice is open to all levels of preparation and places are limited to a maximum of 30 people.

PRICE

CHF 25.- pp, daily entrance to the Lido included in the price! For holders of a seasonal / annual pass, the price will be 20 francs.

Inticino staff will be present at the entrance of the Riva Caccia Lido to welcome you.

No particular conditions.

 

NB : in case of pregnancy, a particular physical condition (various types of ailments) or chronic illness, you are kindly requested to inform us. In this way we will be able to discreetly inform the instructor who will adapt the exercises for the individual participant. We undertake to treat the information confidentially and not to disclose its content.

WHAT TO BRING

For the experience please bring:

 

  • Yoga mat

  • Towel

  • Comfortable clothes (a jacket or a blanket for the relaxation phase)

  • Water bottle
