EXPERIENCE​ IN SPECIAL EDITION

The music of the Celtic harp of the musician Francesca Cavallo and the discipline of yoga will join the Cloister of the LAC (ex Convent) for a unique event of its kind. In the renowned structure of the LAC, on Thursady the 20th June 2024, we will celebrate the International Day of Yoga and Music together. Breath, in a location that gives a special energy.
Place your mat in the garden of the Cloister, among the historic arcades.

Places are limited and the practice is open to all levels.

OUR INSTRUCTOR
Giulia has an intimate and welcoming studio on Corso Elvezia in Lugano, an oasis of peace in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city, where she teaches Vinyasa, Yin and prenatal yoga. Its practices are based on listening to one's body and awareness of one's breath. Giulia sees and experiences Yoga as a gradual, inevitable and liberating return home to oneself.
