EVENTS OF YOGA IN MUSIC
Between July and September inticino has the pleasure of proposing for the third consecutive season three exclusive sessions of yoga in music in the historic Caves of Arzo. The yoga practices will be accompanied by the gentle notes of expert musicians musically trained in the prestigious Lugano Conservatory. Yoga sessions will take place during sunset in the marble amphitheater, surrounded by greenery and the sounds of the surrounding nature.
At the end of the session, the inticino collaborators will be happy to offer all participants a glass of prosecco or a non-alcoholic refreshment.
Places are limited and the practice is open to all levels.

NB : in case of pregnancy, a particular physical condition (various types of disorders) or chronic illness you are kindly requested to let us know. In this way we will be able to discreetly inform your instructor who will adapt the exercises for the individual participant.
