The practice of Beach Yoga lands for the first time on the shores of the Ceresio, at the Lido of Lugano. An alternative way to practice a yoga session in a relaxing Mediterranean setting, where the waves of the lake will accompany the rhythm of your breath.
Practicing yoga in the sand can have extremely positive effects on the nervous system. The sensory experiences of the sounds of the lake, the soothing breeze, the peaceful chirping of birds can help you relax and deepen your knowledge of your body.
This exclusive session will allow you to completely free yourself from stress to find yourself and immerse yourself in a new dimension, all in the city center but pampered by a holiday atmosphere. The sand of the Lido di Lugano beach is prepared every morning, a few moments before the session.
The practice is open to all levels of preparation and places are limited to a maximum of 25 people.

PRICE : CHF 20.- pp, daily entrance to the Lido included in the price! For season/annual pass holders, the price will be CHF 15.
At the main entrance of the Lido di Lugano (tennis side) there will be inticino collaborators to welcome you.

Giulia Panzeri has an intimate and welcoming studio in Corso Elvezia in Lugano where she teaches Vinyasa, Yin and prenatal yoga. Its practices are based on listening to one's body and awareness of one's breath.
Payment can be made via online booking by credit card or paypal, otherwise on site with TWINT or in cash. Attention: no further registration on the "my.lugano.ch" website is therefore necessary!
