Practice under the starry sky, in the magical night of San Lorenzo with our hearts and eyes turned to the heavenly vault above us! Unroll your mat in the suggestive location of the quarries of Arzo, we will practice together in the large marble amphitheater, protected by the street lights and surrounded by nature. The ideal conditions will allow you to observe the magical stars above us and will give space to our deepest and innate desires.
A path illuminated by candlelight will accompany us physically and emotionally to practice, in a short meditative path guided by the vibration of light and the strong energy connection within each of us.
Places are limited and the practice is open to all levels.

OUR INSTRUCTOR
Laura will be the instructor who will guide you in this magical yoga session under the starry sky of the night of San Lorenzo. Laura
after a long period of study she became a yoga teacher and practiced both privately and for a gym in Mendrisiotto. Her passion for yoga describes it as a magic that repeats itself with every lesson. Each mat placed side by side corresponds to sharing a wonderful journey ...!
