Montebello Castle, magical and suggestive!
Enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience at the Castle of Montebello in Bellinzona. Take part in the processing of your Salami of Bellinzona's castles and go through the traditional production phases of this typical Ticino speciality with our Master Salumieri. A speciality that is prepared according to the traditional recipes of the Master Salumieri, which owes its flavour to its refinement in the temperate cellars of the Castle of Montebello to the motto of "Tradition to be savoured!
Each member of the group is the protagonist in creating their own Salami of Bellinzona's castles. Once seasoned, the salami will be sent home in memory of a day at "Mastro Salumiere Ticinese"!
The activity ends with a rich aperitif of cured meats and Ticino wines in the enchanting setting of the courtyard of the Castle of Montebello with a view of Castelgrande.
The experience will be carried out in accordance with the safety measures in force.
