PATH

The park of the Mills winds upstream of the village of Vergeletto in the high Onsernone valley. Following the course of the river, the inhabitants of the valley built five mills and a series of canals dedicated to the production of Farina bóna.

Among farms with traditional stone roofs and ingenious devices to facilitate the life of the miller, the guided tour will take you back in time and its tradition. Inside the main mill, restored and fully functional as it was at the time, the scents of stone-ground toasted corn magically air.

In addition to the possibility of tasting freshly ground flour, at the end of the tour the miller will accompany you in the tasting of a tasty aperitif based on Farina bóna products.
