Giulia, an ice cream enthusiast and manager of two famous ice cream shops in Lugano, is the first in Ticino to offer a course in artisan ice cream in collaboration with inticino in her laboratory at the Gelatiamo ice cream parlor in Savosa. The workshop includes a theoretical introduction on the stages of ice cream production and then begins the creation of 2 different flavors. The taste will be chosen by Giulia by surprise, while the second taste will be chosen by the participants.
DATES AND TIMES
Every Monday from October to February : from 18:00 to 21:00.
At the moment, winter is the only season in which it is possible to take the ice cream course, as in the summer the laboratory is always operating.
