Yoga session at the end of summer, starting from 10:00 until 11.00.

 

Nothing is more precious than this moment; the practice of Yoga teaches us to stay in the present moment through the movement of the body and the rhythm of the breath. The lesson will be a gentle flow from one pose to another, an opportunity to consciously inhabit one's body and put the mind in the background; to feel here, now, in the magical and vibrant location of the Arzo quarries.

 

The practice is suitable for all levels, both for those approaching this discipline for the first time and for those who practice it regularly and would like to practice yoga in the open air.

 

At the end of the session there is a refreshment with a hydrating drink.

OUR INSTRUCTOR

Giulia has an intimate and welcoming studio on Corso Elvezia in Lugano, an oasis of peace in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city, where she teaches Vinyasa, Yin and prenatal yoga. Its practices are based on listening to one's body and awareness of one's own
breath. Giulia sees and experiences Yoga as a gradual, inevitable and liberating return home to oneself.

NB : in case of pregnancy, a particular physical condition (various types of ailments) or chronic disease you are kindly requested to inform us. In this way we can discreetly inform your instructor who will adapt the exercises for the individual participant. We undertake to treat the information confidentially and not to disclose its content.

WHAT TO BRING

For the experience please bring:

 

  • Yoga mat,

  • Towel,

  • Comfortable clothes (a jacket or a blanket for the relaxation phase)

  • Comfortable shoes for the short walk to the lesson place,

  • Sun cream,

  • Stock up on water.
