Are you ready for an extraordinary experience that will nourish both your body and your mind? Join us for a day dedicated to total well-being, starting with vegan cuisine and continuing with a yoga session that will relax and rebalance your spirit.
During the first part of the event, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in creative vegan cuisine. Guided by an experienced chef, you will learn how to prepare a distinctive vegan menu, combining seasonal products with an Asian twist.
The second part of the event is to indulge in a moment of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself, your mind and body with a yoga session led by an experienced instructor.
The event will conclude with lunch to enjoy the dishes prepared.

This event is open to people of all experience levels, both in yoga and cooking. It is an opportunity to learn, share and make meaningful connections.

The Convent has parking facilities (car sharing or use of public transport is welcome).

In this way we will be able to discreetly inform your instructor who will adapt the exercises for the individual participant.
