DESCRIPTION
Nordic Walking is a relatively new discipline that has become increasingly popular over the last few years.
It allows you to walk in close contact with nature and, unlike the classic stroll, to maintain a correct posture and also to use the upper part of our body, in order to achieve a high psycho-physical well-being.
Venturing on the magnificent paths of Vallemaggia and Locarnese led by Nadia will allow you to acquire the correct technique and will encourage you to always find new stimuli.
Thanks to the guided Nordic Walking tours you can discover new paths and hidden corners of the Canton of Ticino, rich in Alpine history and culture!
ON REQUEST:
From March to October available also every day on request (subject to availability).

THE GUIDE
Nadia is a Nordic Walking monitor born in Alta Vallemaggia, and therefore a great connoisseur of its paths and secrets. Since she was a child she has been passionate about walking in its mountains: nowadays it is a real pleasure for her to accompany residents and tourists in complete safety along the paths where she grew up. In addition to organizing trips and excursions on request, since 2014 Nadia has also collaborated with Ticino Sentieri as a mountain guide.
