WHAT IT IS ABOUT

With blindfolded wine tasting you can rediscover some of your senses such as smell and taste in a different key. Upon arriving at Azienda Agricola Bianchi you will be made to sit down and asked to blindfold yourself. After that, a wine expert will guide you to discover organic wines from own production accompanied by appetizers, cheese, and Ticino cured meats.
Focusing on the aromas of the wines, their scents and flavors, you will learn to recognize certain characteristics such as the type of aging (wood or steel) or the type of grape variety.
A one-of-a-kind experience suitable for both novices and wine enthusiasts. A tour of the organic winery is also included in the activity..

Parking spaces available on site. The farm is also conveniently accessible by PostBus from the Maroggia-Melano train station with a stop at "Arogno, Nebbia," a few meters from the winery entrance.
